The Big Annoucement

Welp... most of you might have already found out or know but i'm gonna make it official on here.... I'm spaghetti sauce... or more precisely.... Prego. That's right... I'm pregnant. I don't know what else to say except we're excited (in our lazy-type way) and it doesn't feel real yet. I'm only five weeks. BUT things ARE going well and i've only had a tiny bit of nausea. I made my first doctor's appointment and it's on July 15th. And actually i have to admit that the word prego has always rubbed me the wrong way.. i'm not sure why it bothers me so much but it does. Oh well... i'm sure a lot of you like that word so i won't rant more about that. It's just a word i wanna punch. End of story. HA. So yeah.. just thought i'd let you all know :) oh... one more thing... the internet (cuz it's ALWAYS right) told me that i'm do on February 14th. The day of love... or in my case... the day of pain. I'm sure i won't have it on that day... but what would be cool is if it came a day early and was born on Friday the 13th!! Oh welll.. a weird woman can dream (and a lot about really weird things.)

I like that you're Chunky Garden prego...although, what does that really mean?

I use prego cause everyone else used it, and it's fast to type, but I like pregnant best. Emo and Prego are too similar for me. And you need to find out about the shellfish thing, I think it's ok, but I'm curious what a doctor would say. Eddie is fine, other than food allergies, but he is not allergic to shellfish. Who knows. But sushi is better with shellfish, it would be a sad 9 months if you couldn't enjoy that. :)

Congrats. I'm so pleased to hear that in February you'll be giving birth to a beautiful jar of pasta sauce! Precious.

Hmmm, maybe I should have read a little more and stared at the picture a little less. Yeah, I'm random, but I know you wouldn't have it any other way. -Pete

I knew it, I knew it, I knew it.

Way to go, George!!!!!

Getting pregnant on your wedding, I mean her wedding. . . night. Sassy and efficient!

YAY! I'm so excited for you!! And, until you mentioned about the shrimp, I thought it was ok. ONE book I read said it was good for you, but when I searched the internet, I got scared (so don't do that). I've eaten plenty of shrimp - just had some last night. I have an appointment w/ my Doctor in a week and a half...I'll ask her then and let you know what she says (of course, every dr could be different too). Ok, YAY. I'm excited. I love the ticker too.

Shrimp is yummy and if it's bad for me tadpole them it's too late because I've eaten more shrimp during this preg than anything else. I say ignore the press and eat what you want, but don't smoke crack or drink alcohol.

BTW, I say preg, not prego because i hate that word too, it's annoying and makes me feel embarrassed. But pregnant is too long to type.

Yay! Congratulations! We love February babies! The dr. wanted to schedule my c-section on the 14th. But I felt too weirded out by that. Needless to say, Amy arrived on the 16th. And her favorite color so far is yellow not pink. LOL

We're excited for you! There's nothing more joyous than a wonderful marriage and parenthood. We hope you have a smooth, happy and healthy pregnancy. -Again, Congrats!

Congratulations Enos and Lindsay (notice how I wrote Enos first, not sure why, maybe alphabetical order or something.) Both of you are in for the ride of your life. My BD was 11/14, my parents were married the previous Friday the 13th in Feb. Just thought you might find it interesting, or not.

I don't like the word 'prego' either. I've never used it and never will. I cringe whenever I hear someone say it or when I read it. I don't know what's wrong with me...I'm just not a fan.
