I think you'd have better luck with etsy and also Decclo (remember you saaaid you'd think about that?!)

I signed up for "etsy sellers tips' that I get daily. They have lots of good advice about selling and how to get noticed. There are so many sellers, and the tips they give seem really helpful. (I just have not had time to implement them, but I plan on it later). I have not been around cafepress at all, other than to check out your shop. I'm more of an etsy gal. Maybe cafepress has some sort of sellers advice place? I know etsy suggested things like photography tips, offering weekend specials and participating in etsy site special promotions to get more traffic. Might help. I love the stuff you have so far. I also get lots of ideas by seeing what etsy sends out in the "etsy finds" email. Gives a good idea of the kind of stuff that gets attention. Hope this helps, good luck! I need to update my blog and put your site on it too. Sorry, I have been meaning to do that for some time. love you!

i have no input on where to sell things. i actually don't shop online...i actually don't shop period. BUT i do really really really want to buy that darth baby you drew on something...a onesie, a t-shirt, pretty much anything. i know i've mentioned this before; i don't want you to think i'm obsessed with it...but i'm basically obsessed with it.

p.s. have you seen on my blog or facebook that we're expecting again? (i know you were on vacay for awhile so may have missed it) but if everything goes according to plan, we will bless our little one in a darth baby t-shirt :)

Do you actually make the items or does a company make them for you? (I know you design them...). Im just curious if you could do a promo thing with a company like babysteals.com or mamabargains.com or something and just get your name out there. I have no idea how things like this work so I may be totally out in left field.

Well, my husband has a big cartel shop and is selling shirts. He has only sold 1. We have like 129 more t-shirts sitting around waiting to be sold. I don't have many ideas, but wish I did because we are in the same predicament.

I was going to say Etsy too...but that seems to be what everyone else is saying too. I hope you do better on there!

YES go etsy...i've been sucked into there two days in a row. if it's low cost (or no cost) to try, why not give it a whirl?!!

have you tried submitting any of your t-shirt designs to a shirt place like threadless.com. If your design is accepted (after a rather lengthy voting process...)you get paid upfront instead of by the shirt. You have some great design ideas...I would think you would get something accepted.

Oh, Lindsay, I love your designs and I hate that they're not selling well on Cafe Press! I think Etsy is a great option! And also, if you send any of your creations to Jessica, tell her to bring them when she brings baby A to me for pictures and I'll take pictures for you to use when you're selling! I think a lot of times the pictures really do help to sell the products, especially if they see how cute they look on other babies! And of course, I would love to photograph Noah in some of them and send those to you as well. I just clicked on your logo up there for your shop and it says that your shop doesn't exist anymore? Let me know if there's a new place I can look at them! :)

That sucks. I agree about Etsy, but honestly, it also might have something to do with the economy. It's going to be harder to get people to buy stuff than normal. Your designs are awesome! Can't wait to see your Etsy site!

I left you a message on your phone but you seem to take so long to get back to me when I do that so I need them soon...like now.
