..... that's what the weather seemed to be saying today as i attempted to drive and meet my old work buddies for lunch. this is what the freeway looked like.... (close your eyes mother.. i don't want you to freak out).
Luckily everyone seemed to be driving pretty safe... (except for me obviously who was busy taking pictures)... we were all driving around 20 mph.... it was still scary though because honestly.... WHERE ARE THE LINES ON THE ROAD!!! gone!!... that's probably why i saw 3 wrecks just in the short time i was on the road... it was just scary.

Another reason why I love living in LA.
Have you gone MAD woman!!? I would have soiled myself if I were caught driving in that. Really, you wouldn't catch me driving in that because I would soil myself and I don't like that feeling of wet denim, gross....oh and I would most likely end up in a ditch.....soiled.
But I do so love how you took a picture. Such a risk-taker, I love it! Okay, so from now on, just stay home when it's a blizzard outside(okay, sorry, that's my motherly instincts coming out, you will have them soon enough;).
I honestly think I wrecked in that exact spot. Be careful for Lucas!
Next time, eat a hot pocket and stay home.
Is it bad to make fun of commenters right to their comments face?
Oh well. I just made fun of some girl from like second grade that found me. Check out my latest comments from my last post.
hahah oh gosh reminds me of when i lived in SLC and on that very highway spun my car and almost rammed another car in front..luckly everyone stayed clear of me while i gained control...oh and i was on the phone w/ my mom and dropped the the phone..all she heard on her end was screaming hahaha.
THIS...is the exact reason why I think I'm crazy for having moved here! I'm terrified of driving in that stuff...to the point that if I couldn't ride the bus to work...I would quit my job.
You're one brave lady!!!
SCARY!! I hated driving in that crap! I can only imagine being the car next to you and seeing you whip out your camera trying to get a photo instead of driving...
ah ah ah ah ah!!! Lucas I am sorry your mommy is out driving in that snow and you are trusting her to keep you safe. It is mawmaw and I will be there in February to keep you safe...teeheehee...be careful Pooh. I did stop worrying when you mentioned that everyone was driving about 20 miles per hour...whew! I am getting nervous about coming there in FEb. UGH!!
Mutha
i don't know this aymee above, but we are cut from the same cloth: i would have soiled myself too. stay home, woman! no one should be out in that.
i like the roads without lines. i wish life was more like this and everyone could just trust each other to watch out and have each other's back. how trusting everyone on the roas has to be for this to work. it's such teamwork!
Lindsay, I never told you because I forgot, but awhile ago you asked me if we were close to Pomona, CA. We're about 45 minutes to 1 hour and a half (depending on traffic) from there. So, it's not too far. Have you guys heard anymore of where you might end up?
