Living Next Door to Death.

Soooo.. yeah.. i just found out a couple of weeks ago that the Golden Gate bridge is the number one place in the US to commit suicide. There have been several helicopters flying overhead in our area... about 2-3 a week. And guess why? they are either... checking out for terrorists, trying to stop suicides or....looking for BODIES. that's right people... BODIES. i had NO idea. anywho... so yeah.. you learn something new everyday. They said on average someone jumps every other week.... and there is only a 2% survival rate. anywho.. thought it was interesting for those of you, like myself who didn't know.

ewww yeah I watched a whole documentary of this situation. And they have every death on tape too. Caught on the bridges surveillance cameras. Sad!

Yuck. I'd say a good prayer everyday that everyone stays safe. . .

I still like that bridge though, it's a good one.

2% huh? I like those odds. If you're going to kill yourself, you better get the job done right.

I wonder if you can jump off of it with a parachute? How about a bungee cord? Oh well people will kill themselves no matter what we do to try to protect them. Love Dad

u know my philosophy on killing urself. a gun to the face or NOW...my new choice...jumping off the bridge. don't mess with all that small crap that'll just end u up in the hospital for a few weeks...i like the hardcore deaths.

My thought was how yucky it would be to be playing with your kid on the beach and find a washed up icky body. yuahghulyugh! Yeah, that's right.

*Pray for Bill, he has first interview in the morning for dream job in SF.

Eeeeerie! I think jumping off a bridge takes guts, which makes it a surprising method for suicide.
